We were this companies first customer and they did everything to make sure we were taken care of 100% from the start of our project! After getting a text that Rob was enroute, he arrived on time and was a true professional. He was courteous, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and educated me along the way, advising me how to get the most out of the generator and what to do to prolong its life. After having Great Northern do the service, I’ll be using them every year and more, if needed. Great job!!

Rob and Jon have been wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend them! We reached out to them in early last winter and they got us set up with a generator/propane tank incredibly quickly. Rob came back to bury our propane line once the spring melt came and did a fabulous job. They have been responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with every step of the way. We couldn't be happier.
