Had new ductwork installed replacing ductwork installed by another a/c contractor who did inferior work. These guys are great, the airflow is excellent now. I also had them install new insulation in the attic, I am very hopeful it will help lower my utility bill. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting excellent work!

Our compressor went out on our 15 year old upstairs unit which ran R-22 so we had to replace everything. Les was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the cooling issues I was having in my house. The other three contractors I had bid the job did not explain anything......seemed like they just wanted to sell me the equipment and get out. Before Vanderford came a few of our rooms where as much as 10 degrees different than other rooms in the house with both downstairs and upstairs AC set at the same temps. Now all rooms in the house are nearly the same temp at all times of day. I also opted for a two stage unit so I'm looking forward to my energy bills being lower. Thanks Vanderford and Les!

Very prompt with a call back. Technician arrived on time. explained everything while he was working. Took the time to do the work right, not in a hurry to finish job. From time call was placed till the job was complete, 3 hours.

The service was prompt and exceptional. The replacement quote was competitive, with the 10 year parts and labor setting them apart from the competition. My complete unit, A/C and furnace, was replaced within a half a day. The follow up quality inspection of the installation was also a bonus.
