Innovative Plumbing Solutions

We had pipes burst during the recent freeze in North Texas and water flooded our entire home. We called multiple plumbers and had difficulty even receiving a return phone call. Stacey was the first person to call us back and even though he was completely swamped and overwhelmed due to the huge demand for plumbers in the area, he made time to come out and assist us. He was thorough, knowledgeable, competent and most of all genuine and caring. He helped assure us that the damage to our pipes was contained and corrected and that allowed us to begin our clean up process. We will definitely call him to help with any future plumbing needs and recommend to all of our family and friends. We have had several dealings with plumbers and he is unparalleled, a step above the rest or since the name fits..."Innovative".

Innovative Plumbing Solutions is the best pluming service in our area. The HIdeaway Homeowner Association strongly recommends them for all your plumbing needs. Stacy was very professional and let you know what the cost would be before any work is performed. They are reasonably priced and on time.

Stacy was great! Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very reliable. They are NOT one of those scam service providers that make up problem to take your money. How refreshing & impressive.

The contractor ~ Stacey, was really nice and respectful. Although we did not finish repairs, I was still pleased with his professionalism and service.

Stacey was very respectful and took care of what was needed. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Was on tome and did the job quickly.

Communicated well and showed up on time.

They are the most professional company, I would not even think about hiring anyone else.
