I hired Kory to do some work at my home. After digging into the problem he found problems we hadn't anticipated. Parts had to be ordered and a return trip scheduled. In the meantime, a minor issue appeared that he could have blamed on the faucet manufacturer, but he didn't. He took full responsibility. Although the overall project took longer than expected, Kory did not charge me more, in fact, he gave me a discount because of the minor problem. I found Kory to be proficient, ethical, and professional and I highly recommend him.
