We had a great experience with Vanguard Crawlspace! We hired Josh to address some issues in our crawlspace that were identified during the buyer's home inspection, and he exceeded our expectations. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to making sure the job was done right. He even worked late into the evening to ensure everything was completed properly rather than rushing through it. He clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Ryan and Josh have been awesome to work with and have been prompt and professional as the interface to Vanguard; plus, they even came to our house to work on a few items after their team headed home after a long day. The crew working on our crawl space also has been great to interact with each time the have been here. They listened to my questions and concerns and provided quick, professional responses. They did a fantastic job at cleaning up each day and when the job was totally completed. I would highly recommend Vanguard to anyone looking to have crawl space work done.

Nick and Jess showed up on time and were very polite and professional. There was another gentleman also but we did not get his name. The job is well done and the site cleaned up nicely. We would highly recommend them.

They did a great job. They weren’t the most expensive of the five estimates I got, and they weren’t the cheapest, but I believe they were the most professional. They would have been the cheapest except they used better material.

Vanguard Crawlspace is reliable, honest and operate with integrity they are also locally veteran owned. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for foundation/crawlspace work around here. Ryan and Josh always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available and I might say the price was way better than I expected. Ryan and Josh does excellent work and I could not be more pleased with the work he has done on my home my floors where squeaking and had lowspots but not anymore!! They also took care of my moisture problems and remediation of some mold the right way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again gentleman!

Vanguard was the most professional, detailed and affordable company we called. 7 companies came out and not a single one took as much care in their inspection as Ryan did we felt safe and secure using them and the outcome was even better. I highly recommend these guys to everyone I can. It'll save your home, health and wallet!
