Canâ t thank Damian enough for his very thorough and informative house inspection report. We learned about him as he did the inspection for the buyers of a property we sold. . We were immediately impressed with his attention to detail that decided to use him as the inspector for the house we were purchasing. He spent hours reviewing every nook and cranny of the house and the surrounding areas. He also provided general tips for easy to do home improvements. Damien did a great job on my home inspection. He took the time to go over the house very thoroughly. Crawed into tight akward space to see thing, and used his sewer scope camera to check the condition of the plumbing sewer pipes underground. Scheduled my inspection with just a few days notice and was prompt on time. I would recommend Vanguard if you need a Home Inspector.
