Charles was great. He explained how he would get rid of our sugar ants and was very conscientious. Since we have pets, I was concerned about the safety of them during treatment. Charles carefully explained the treatment and how to keep our pets safe.

AMAZING customer service, amazing. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I really can't say enough good things. We had tenants move in and found a few wasps. He came out on a weekend in the evening, took care of the wasps inside, the nests outside, sprayed just in case for spiders also and all the while kept the price extremely reasonable. Can't say enough good things. Wish every vendor I deal with for our rental was this amazing. Will recommend to anyone who has a need for pest control. Called SEVEN (including the company we had a contract with) pest control companies and Charles at Vanguard was the ONLY one to return my call on a Saturday. Really amazing. We are switching companies and will be using Vanguard for all our future pest control needs - and that says something - we've had a service contract w/ another company for the past 10 years.

He is very flexible. Meets the customers needs. Uses a very effective treatment that is no chemical and smell. Environmentally save.
