????? Great Experience with Vanguard Property Maintenance I called Vanguard Property Maintenance to replace an old toilet and update the faucet in our spare bathroom. Eric got back to me quickly with a fair quote and fit us in the schedule without any hassle. He showed up on time, was really professional, and explained everything clearly ? including why he recommended the fixtures he brought. The work was done neatly (no big mess left behind), and both the toilet and faucet look sharp and work perfectly now. He even spotted and fixed a small related issue while he was there at no extra charge. Solid pricing, reliable guy, and quality work. If you?re in the Lodi area and need handyman or maintenance help, I?d definitely recommend Vanguard. We?ll be calling them again for sure!
