I met with several waterproofing reps but I was impressed with Allens professionalism: he explained what the work entailed, shared a diagram of the area to be covered based on his quote, and even showed me a sample of the poly sheeting to be used. He and his team worked diligently. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that they had to come back and resolve a problem. Stuff happens, but it is how a business recovers that I remember. Vanguard was on point. They did not hesitate to return to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that return trip left me with a large amount of additional dust to clean-up. I would definitely use them again and have already told others about them. It has been about a year and I am enjoying my dry basement. I highly recommend Vanguard for their conscientious and dependable work.

Vanguard's price was between two other waterproofing company. But I chose them because of the owner's honesty and professionalism. When I asked each company about competitors, Vanguard is the only company that refused to discuss the competitors. That speaks volumes. The work was clean and they explained each item on my property they were using. After the first hard rain, I checked the crawlspace and it was dry and cool. While the exterior water was running away from the home as it was drawn in their sketch for me. Finally, they offered a payment plan that was flexible. I had an overwhelming sense of peace when I selected Vanguard. That peace was confirmation that I had selected the right company. I have no regrets.

Allen arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a reasonable estimate. Gabriel and his crew worked their butts off in pouring rain to provide a waterproof system for our home. This company is great! I highly recommend them!

The Vanguard team was an absolute pleasure to work with on this project. They through, clean and honest. They stuck to the time lines discussed and did clean work.
