TV Wall Mounting
Contractor monted a tv stand onto my wall!! And he couldn't find the stud and drilled extra holes into the wall that wasn't needed and 1 month later we noticed that the wall was soft. Also that the carpet was wet and had mold on it!! This all happened due to the contractors extra holes drilled that weren't needed!! And now the company is replaceing my carpet in the room and part of the wall

"Mea Culpa, our (now former) employee thought it would be OK to locate the wall studs with a drillbit instead of a standard studfinder. We replaced damaged pipe, the drywall, retextured and repainted, and replaced the carpet and pad with some VERY nice quality stuff. The client was outstanding during this painful process but everything has turned out very well."

I needed an electrician to run an electric line and hang a microwave. When they sent the electrician he said they told him nothing about hanging the microwave but he would try to do it. I had a friend come over to help him because he did not know who to do it and it took about 3 1/2 hours which they charched me by the hour. The electrician who came did his best, it was not his fault but the fault of the company. The secretary who answered the phone was abrupt and said I never told her the microwave had to be hung I was overcharged for the work

"It is very unusual for Van's to receive a complaint and I investigated immediately. It is correct customer requested hanging of unit, but still routine work. Customer posted the comment 3 months after job completed. Investigation showed charge for 3 hours, 2 running new line and 1 at customer request to assist husband to hang unit. Charges are reasonable. Electrician reported relationship with customer very positive. We are mystified."
