Went above and beyond - fixed (nailed) some loose shingles on roof I had replaced in 2017, then when he took old skylight out found that there was a 6â gap between the joist and the inside well of skylight - fortunately the new skylight filled that gap and he installed new wall board(plywood) replacing the rotted boards. Highly recommend him. Very reasonable.. others came in 2 or 3 times higher.

My new skylight is awesome! Howard was great at communicating about the job throughout. He asked questions and took the time to explain everything he was doing. The sawdust was minimal and he took care of cleanup on the outside. I was very pleased with how everything turned out and would recommend this company.
