Jason was professional! He arrived on time, and was very courteous. He encouraged me to accompany him during the inspection. This was a well appreciated offer. I know the home on an intimate level now. The Inspection was thorough and his attention to detail was phenomenal. He told me ,upfront, all the things he was going to look at, and spent good time inspecting them. He was more than willing to answer any questions I had. The report was one of the best parts. It is well structured and extremely easy to understand. Everything is broken down into to the areas of inspection, and color codes the condition of that area. It included images and well written notes. I'm still referencing the report months later. Vantage Home Inspections , LLC was a great choice, and deserves this complete 5 star rating. The quality of the inspection gave me a better understanding of the structure I chose to shelter my family.
