Our inspectors are state certified and specialize in paying attention to detail. History - I have lived in the Rogue Valley for over 35 years and worked in the construction trade since 2000 with Architects, engineers, general contractors on new & remodeled construction. In the summer of 2016 I became a General contractor and completed my Home Inspection certification with the State of Oregon in November 2016. Goal - My commitment is to provide the customer with a complete and comprehensive report of the home that explains any issues affecting one of the most important decisions facing a potential homeowner. All inspections are performed as if I were to move my own family into the home with detailed attention to safety to provide peace of mind. BASIC COSTS: 0-1,500 S.F. = $375.00, EACH ADDITIONAL 500 S.F. IS $25.00. Cash, money order or cashiers check only. personal check are not accepted. out-lying areas will also incur up to a $50 travel charge for exceeding 25 miles from Medford.
