Rx Waterproofing and Foundation Repair

Not a credible company I have been out on many of their job sites after they destroyed mine and I would not hire them it is not safe they did not know what they are doing and the people they use will not take responsibility for the things they do wrong.

none

A pleasure to work with-- from bid to clean up. Reasonably priced. I was impressed with the effort taken to preserve the taproots of my beautiful Japanese maple tree. They spent much time carefully scooping out the soil beneath the roots, taking the time needed to seat the pipe beneath the roots.. There were several other complications, but I was relieved that the original quote did not change.

Easy to work with and answer questions I had. Everything seems to be working well so pleased with this company.

On time 100 percent work time and replaced and cleaned work are when finished.

The project was completed in an excellent manner. The waterproofing team showed up on time the day promised. I am very satisfied with the finished project. There were no hidden fees and the project cost was far better than than other competitors. I highly recommend Regan and his crew for all your foundation waterproofing needs.

Eager to get to work

Reagan and his crew were awesome

Regan Bryant and his team are TOP NOTCH! After getting multiple estimates from various companies Vapor Lock Systems was our choice. Regan is extremely knowledgable, fair, great personality, easy to work with and explains everything thoroughly. This company is honest and will not take advantage of you like many others. They did complete mold mitiagaion of the entire home and the crawlspace, installed a dehumidifier in the crawlspace, removed and disposed of all the air ducts, installed a sump pump and basin and encapsalated the entire crawl space with a vapor barrier with a 20 mil poly barrier which was sealed to the walls and covered the entire floor of the crawlspace. They also installed the drainage lines to make sure any water drains out properly away from the house. It looks amazing and our home is now clean and safe! I could not recommend them enough! Don't waste your time or money with other companies - these guys are the BEST!

Excellent! yes I would recommend them to family or neighbor! Fast friendly service and I wanted to give them 5.0 but one little, but, important area they promised help with they missed and left unfinished. You can not go wrong hiring them and the price is the best I could find for the quality provided.

The work was done on time at the agreed price.

Great follow thru .As everything was explained to me about the installation of my French drain.Felt like they wanted me to be happy with their work..Thumbs up

Reagan did a great job and a very nice and accom modating person.

Knows his stuff. Very concerned about customer service

Reagan and his team did a great job on the crawlspace and worked within my budget. Would hire them again if needed and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for waterproofing service.

Reagan is a great guy and very knowledgeable about his business. I hired vapor lock because I had already spent a lot of money fixing a construction sinkhole and I had water running in my yard and wanted it fixed correctly. Regan knew his business and I hired him even though I had priced a 1/4 of his I wanted it corrected. Our first meeting for the estimate was a no-call no-show. I sent him a text stating that and he came over around seven for a four meeting. he looked at the lawn and gave me a price that was high but trusted him to do a good job from his reviews. He was supposed to start on a Monday and had a flat and did not start until the next day which he showed up on time and installed my French drain and hooked it up to my existing drain line. I came home from work that day and there were tree limbs still in the yard and the yard had not been smoothed out as I have sod being installed in a few days. I called Regan about the issue and he told me he was having problems with his equipment. we set up an appointment the next day between three and four. He emailed me said he was running late and would be at my house at six. at 6.15 I had still not heard from him so I told him not to bother. I took off two days early to meet him and neither time was met. I have bent over to accommodate his scheduling I have asked the sod people if they can bring some equipment that can smooth out my yard to install sod. I am at the point I do not even know if this will work or not. I have seen nothing but good reviews on his company but that is not what I have experienced. Ok. Its been a year since they installed my french drain and hooked up to my drainage. As an update, it totally failed and does not work for drainage. I now have standing water where the french drain is suppose to be and where he connected to my drain it will not keep up with water flow and the water runs through the yard and is creating erosion where I had the sink hole fixed. Feel ripped off . Have pictures Update 1/4/2022 Reagan called me and asked if he could look at my problem with his install. I told him sure. He came out and we looked over the problems such as under estimating drain size as well as not enough drains. He stated he would repair under warranty work as I was not satisfied with the final product. He told me what he would need to repair such as bigger drains and drain lines. That was 6 months ago. Reagan stated he had all materials to do the job on a pallet in his warehouse. I have reached out to him numerous times and he schedules a install on a Saturday each time. One time I cancelled due to heavy rain. As of today I have not heard back from him or his company which is as usual and I have to contact him and he says he has me scheduled for a certain date which comes and goes. I have read all the reviews on this company as well as his old company name vapor lock systems. I see all the great reviews and that is why I chose him and for his professional appearance. It has all been a smoke screen he has lied from the get go and is not a man of his word. I would not let him build a dog house for me. What a waste of time and money with this company. His company warranty was useless for.me. Beware of this company and especially reagan.

Very professional company. They do great work. I highly recommend.

Gave me great service, always available to talk about the process, and delivered very timely service. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Regan is AWESOME! Very professional and fair pricing. He installed a new and more efficient sump pump in my back yard. I feel secure knowing the yard will not flood, nor will the water come into my home. I plan to hire him again for two other projects for my home.

Basement flooded. Regan and his crew installed vapor barrier French drain and sump pump. Very honest and straightforward

Regan and his team were AWESOME!!! They did a great job. Regan kept me informed of everything they did through the entire process. They were very professional and helpful. One of the workers even checked my attic for me. I would definitely recommend them to provide this service.
