I went with Vara 3D because out of the dozen or so survey companies I spoke with, they were the most helpful. Alan took his time to explain the process to me, all of my options, and he even offered thoughts from his own experience in a situation similar to mine. The whole process was simple, everyone I had contact with was wonderful. The price was on the low end of average for the area and the customer service was superb. Highly recommend.
