VARIETY MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION

We were very pleased with Mike and and his team (Ralph and Antonio) on the bathroom addition they built for us. They were able to finish the bathroom on budget and on-time. The bathroom is in our basement, so the plumbing was on the tricky side because it required using an 'upflush toilet' with a macerating pump and we had a requirement to install it in a less than conventional way below the basement slab. Mike and crew figured out how to get it installed and it is all working well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Mike was helpful with design ideas and helped me understand process from beginning to end. However, I would not pay him the balance until at least a week after completion. His workers damaged my fireplace and after promising to return and fix he has completely ignored my calls. Update-Mike did return and fixed the damaged fire place and even updated the look by adding a border.

very nice worker extremely helpful remodel kitchen very nice good job.

Mike was extremely helpful and professional with our complete kitchen remodel and even encouraged us to think outside the box. We moved one window and resized another. New cabinets, tile floor, sink, appliances, countertops, lighting, the works! We moved the location of our sink, dishwasher and stove. He even repaired some dry rot under the floor, installed a new tankless water heater (as my old one decided to die during the remodel), and added some recessed lighting in the living room at no additional labor cost. I really liked that he broke down his estimate between labor and material costs and then stayed within that estimate. His crew worked hard as well and they were done in just 3 weeks! I'm considering having my bathrooms done in the next few years, and if I do I won't bother with the "3 estimate" rule. I'll just call Mike Garcia.

Mike Garcia did a excellent job doing my whole bathroom in 6 days. He is very kind , professional and organized. He went extra mile to pick up the tiles and vanity to different places. He doesn't waste anytime. Have lot of projects on my list, definitely Mike Garcia.

Mike Garcia arrived promptly, fully prepared to go to work immediately. He was very helpful in steering me through Home Depot to pick out flooring and plumbing fixtures, keeping in mind my budget and preferences. The old tub, shower surround and sink were demo'd the first day and taken neatly out. In 2 days the new shower, tile surround, flooring, and sink were installed perfectly. I am extremely happy with the looks and quality of the work and would recommend Mike Garcia and his company to everybody wanting quality work.

EXCELLENT service. Very kind, professional and great work. We were happy with the work and so was our client. He went the extra mile to make sure we were both happy.

He seems to know how to access and repair most issues

They did a great job, they were fast and on time, things were done and organized.
