Quick response from office and good communication. A time estimate was given and the technician arrived in that period. Eddie called before he arrived. He was friendly, polite and professional. Dishwasher is repaired. A reasonable quote was given and that is what I paid.

Happy with my service. There was some sudden bad weather and traffic on the day of the repair, because of that the appointment started later than expected and the technician had to wait for us to arrive. They were still able to repair the oven with no problems.

Came the next day at the time promised. Work was done well, with no mess or bother. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Price was as expected but a little high ($118 before tax) considering it was one visit of labor only.
