Jeremy found the problem very quick, left to get a part needed, came straight back and installed new oem part, all worked well, explained what was wrong, great customer service!

Jeremy was a lifesaver. The A/C unit was not working at the house. He came in, assessed the situation, made a recommendation and completed the work quickly. He explained how the issue happened and let us know what he was doing each step of the way. He provided excellent customer service and truly quality service. I would definitely use him again if I had any issues with the HVAC unit. The house is now cooling from a high of 87; it's down to 79 and falling. Thanks for the quick, efficient, quality service!

Jeremy from Varmen Heating and Cooling provided excellent service. For a start, he practiced social distancing. He was very polite and respectful. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. It was obvious within fifteen minutes of his arrival that we had made the right decision to request his services. He was very systematic and quickly identified problems with our two air-con systems and provided the solution for a reasonable cost. We have confidence that he is somebody we can trust to do an honest and very competent job. I will start by saying that this is the first time we have hired any person/ business through an app! The Air Conditioning had not worked in our home for years. We refused to go another season without it! We had Mr Jeremy from Varmen Heating & Cooling to come out and work on the systems for upstairs and downstairs. Jeremy was super nice, professional, and educated my family and I on a lot that we had no clue about! He kept us in the loop every step of the way, whether it had been about parts or recommendations.
