Very responsive to calls and finished work promptly with coordination with Tacoma Power. Quote was set up with flexibly with T&M component that made it possible to determine if the quote to replace our panel would resolve other issues we were not sure might be related. Very happy with the work performed, clean up afterwards and immediate response and fix when, a couple weeks afterwards, when the fall weather rolled in, we found one of our heaters would not kick on.

Amazing customer service. Submitted a request for our project and within the hour received a phone call to setup a estimated bid. This time of year is usually not busy for them. They were able to fit us in within a week. The price was amazing too. All in all, from the request to the final install, extremely professional and efficient.

They are my go to electricians. I have had others out in the past but stopped doing that once Varsity Electric completed our first of multiple electric projects. I have had them do light fixture replacements, troubleshooting and repairs, adding outdoor electrical and replace all outlet receptacles in the house and bringing them up to code. They have always been prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have electrical work done.

Technicians were great! Their scheduling messed up more than once, and I voiced my concern to the owner. They do good work and even gave me a military discount, which was unexpected.

Hired them during a busy time of the year. All the electricians in the county were scheduled out for multiple weeks. Varsity was able to give me a quote over the phone and even beat the quotes from others. Communication could have been better but overall I am happy with the work that was done and would hire them again.

We always strive to find a local tradesman if we can. Ryan and his team of electricians did not let us down in that respect. On time, knowledgeable professional, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this company for any of your electrical project, you will not be disappointed with the results.

The electrician at Varsity Electric was very professional and he had to do an extra amount because what was there wasn't code. He fixed the entire fixture and did a good job at it, too.

Matt Black from Varsity Electric was great. He solved the wiring issue and had the power feed to my kitchen island working properly working in under an hour. Money well spent.

Very professional

These guys would have been all 5s if they finished the job. I had them disconnect power to the house, and pull the meter box off. I replaced the siding behind it and they re-installed the meter box. Where they failed was calling PSE back to get a re-connection order. The job was done at 9 am and I waited until the very end of a very hot day with no power. Finally, at the end of the day the PSE guy just happened to stop by to see if we were done. Varsity never called them for a reconnect and it was in my statement of work. I waited all day with no power because Varsity did not do what they said they would do. Big Fail!
