Our old unit was a quarter century old. Varsity came out and immediately gave us an estimate and vowed to get our AC back on the very next day. The job turned out to be much more extensive then originally anticipated with some extensive digging required in order to fit the unit into our crawl space. In spite of the significan issues with excavating and seriously corroded vent and tubing the air was back on the next day as promised. The crew was extremely thorough and came back the next day and the day after to complete the work and assure no further issues would interrupt our AC in the foreseeable future. I highly recommend Varsity to anyone who values straight forward ethical estimates and installation. In spite of the unforeseen complication we were not charged one penny over the original estimate. Great bunch of folks!

The entire experience was very above average, The owner, Alan actually answered my first call and inquiry, and was authentically set out to figure out what was best for Me..The manager, Drew..was next..he came out and assessed my needs, with total honesty, and price quotes. The 2 installers were a great tag team and very professional and "knew their stuff". Im in my mid 70's and had many needs from many different types of services, Varsity stuck, way out and beyond Normal.!! Call them and Experience the Same as I did. I received a total A/C and Furnace replacement, A great product = Goodman!

Were on time very responsive, easy to work with, great explanation of the problem, 2nd problem was discovered coming back at the end fo the month to fix it.

I?ve known Drue Lawrence and his family for years. He is one of the kindest, caring, and responsible guys I know. He treats people with the upmost respect and pays attention to the details. I?ve seen him first hand as a guy who shows up every time and is a hard worker with a heart of gold. I am so excited for him to be in our region as an excellent general manager for Varsity Zone HVAC but even more excited to have him back in ATL as a friend. I would highly recommend him and the team to anyone, he does a great job every single time.
