Slight problem with the installation, but they cam back right away and fixed it.

Rocco showed up on time and did an excellent job of fixing a very old boiler. He was nice, clean and took the time to explain everything he did. The price seemed a bit high for the part needed but having the professional installation of it was worth it. Thanks! Will definitely use Vaughan again.

Vaughan H&A arrived on time, the techs protected my floors and went right to work. The job was completed in a few hours and when they were done they explained everything they did and they explained how I care for my new humidifier. They swept the floor and left. I would certainly call them again for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Had a complete redo of my heating and a/c...changed from oil to gas heat, with a new a/c system. Big job, big bucks, but paying off already. System in use for 3 months, have saved avg Of $60 each month on electricity costs, haven't used heating yet. Vaughan did everything they contracted for and more.mike Giordano came over to inspect house, make recommendations, and quote prices for various options, and explained pros and cons of the various choices. Mike inspired confidence and trust from the first day, ask a question, get an answer in language you can understand. Good installation by crew, I'm totally happy and highly recommend them.

Technicians were very friendly and professional. They did a great job and answered my questions with great explainations. My only problem with customer service is they have not responded to my call after letting them know I failed an inspection. I don't know how long the township gives to correct the problem but I have been waiting 2weeks for a response from Vauhgan!
