Showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed issue - we had a leak in a shower drain - and recommended solution that was much cheaper and quicker than what we thought we had to do to fix the problem.

Although they might seeem pricey, the service was good and they offered a one year warranty on their work. That gives a lot of peace of mind.

Up until we found Vaughan Plumbing on Homeadvisor, we had been abused by our last 2 plumbers. Our experience with Vaughan Plumbing has given us a new confidence that we have finally found a plumber who cares about his customers. We could not be happier with our experience with Vaughan Plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a true pro.

The turn-around time from online quote request to appointment booked was within an hour. Chris reviewed everything thoroughly before beginning and made sure he understood what work I was requesting. He explained what he was going to do and got everything I needed up to code. He worked quickly and efficiently. If I ever need plumbing services again, I will definitely call Vaughan.

Vaughan is very professional and highly skilled, very quickly identified the problem and explained to me the cause of the problem which made sense easily and offered me the solution suitable to my house situation. While I didn't let him implement the proposal for now due to the vast amount of work involved(as the consequence of previous plummer's very poor job) and just paid him $186 for the service fee and labor for examing the problem which is a reasonable price , i will certainly consider his proposal and will definitely hire him again next time if running into any plumbing issues.

Greg and Shaun arrived on time to provide me with an estimate. Then came back on a Saturday to start and satisfactorily complete the work. Although Greg's Irish brogue at times made it difficult to understand him, I would definite hire him again due to his honesty and the quality of the work performed.
