We'll take your sketches, photographs, and magazine clippings and create a full set of detailed, computer-drafted set of architectural drawings, ready for construction. Our prices include design work, 8 sets of blueprints and your original vellums, as well as UPS ground shipping. We work very closely with our clients. As we complete the 3D computer model according to your specifications, we email a preliminary pdf with floor plans, elevations and color 3D views for you to approve.
