Geothermal Heating or Cooling System Installation
Ryan and Tim installed a Waterfurnace Geothermal Heat Pump and Propane Hot water Tank. I had both a these installed in my house on October 9 2024 in Port Orchard Washington. These were both replacements of my 31 year old heat pump and hot water heater. They both performed excellent work on installing both units in a very timely matter. We would recommend Vaughn Mechanical to install both Geothermal Heat Pumps and Hot Water Heaters. Not only did they do an excellent job on installing both but were the best price on the 5 bids we had received.So for both price and Excellent work we highly recommended Vaughn Mechanical.

They gave me a quote of $745, but they kept adding-on more parts and labor...until I owed them $1300! I had no intention of spending so much money, just for maintenance update! I had to fire them to stop the bleeding from my checking account. When I did, they left me with a furnace and a heat pump that didn't work properly! When I asked for some of my money back, they refused! I am a senior on a fixed-income and couldn't afford to lose $1300 on work I didn't want done! I have 5 invoices from them, as they kept adding to my bill! They were terrible! I wish I could sue them for the money they owe me! Anyone, who hires them should watch their back....and their wallet! They were one of the worst contractors I have ever done business with! Wish I could have given them a NO-STAR rating!

The sales representative was extra friendly, but they charged us for turning on a reset switch. They should of flip the switch on a first visit but it was done on a second visit. Also, they send me an invoice for the second trip. It took $223.00 for reseting the safety switch. It's just a button you press for sake. They over charge everything. Fuel surcharge and $87.00 for driving time. It should be one or the other. Not both. I'm not satisfy with the service
