Vault Roofing

Salesman didn?t listen to us and never ordered the insulation board needed to prevent nails from going thru to my vaulted ceiling. One nail Came thru and they tried to say it was already there, they did come and snipped it off. Poor communication too many people involved, we were told they don?t use insulation so they ended up putting plywood over the existing insulation then tried to add additional cost, phone calls not returned. One phone called the women hung up on my husband. Work not finished in the time period quoted. Dumpster never picked up when we called the dumpster company they said they never received a call to pick it up now it will sit additional days. Would not recommend them.

Shawndel Evans and Greg Plaskett with Vault Roofing. They were great guys. They came to our house and explained our roof situation. The guys gave us a good deal and helped us get some financing so we could get the rest of the money for our loan. Would recommend Vault roofing!!!

What a great experience with your company! Did not expect such a thorough and detailed inspection. Your representative Tom Schmidt is one of the best I’ve ever seen when it comes to customer service and making things easy to understand! He made it easy to move forward on a big expense like a roof.
