The office manager had great customer service and was easy to schedule the inspection with. The inspector s name for Vector is Glenn, and he s awesome. If I need to do another home inspection, or can recommend someone to a friend, I d choose Glenn. He s very experienced and knowledgeable, and he s professional and personable. Also, he teaches the inspector segment of the first-time-home-buyer classes, which made me feel like I was in good hands. One thing he s not is pushy. I ve read other reviews for home inspectors where they try and recommend other services, or get you to buy the radon testing for an additional fee. Glenn didn t do any of this. Instead, he advised to not get the radon test done on that particular day, and then went ahead and explained why. I very much appreciated that. Other things I appreciated were that he didn t exaggerate how bad the issues were - he remained objective and explained the reality of the situation. Also, all throughout the inspection he d stop and ask if I had any questions, and he answered any and all of them. In conclusion, if you want a thorough home inspection done with an excellent home inspector, and at a reasonable price, Vector is it.
