I wrote a somewhat negative review previously, and wish to say that this is a fine service, the housecleaning was excellent, the cleaners courteous, and my only negative opinion is that it seems expensive to me (though it may be in line with current prices) and trying to communicate was awkward. But these gals can clean!

These two women clean nicely, but they they are here, quite noisily, and they are very noisy in their cleaning as well. It makes me want to leave the house while they are here. I had to communicate by signs and pointing because their English is not proficient. This is not a very flexible cleaning service, and I ended up paying a lot for just one floor, and the other two floors require extra payment if I ever want them done. I prefer someone who will work by the hour instead of by the job, since I might want to change "the job" occasionally.

A little late arriving--but our house is difficult to find and the service kept me informed. Seemed to run out of time so den wasn't done as thoroughly as the rest of the house. The ladies were very nice and worked constantly.

GO ELSEWHERE WITH YOUR MONEY!!!

I was told that the cleaning would be $170 to clean my entire basement, and the cleaning would last between an hour and an hour and a half. First, the cleaning lasted no more than 40 minutes, and there were rooms that were skipped. When I called to show that I was not pleased once I realized that two rooms were not cleaned at all, the cleaner actually argued with me instead of trying to make me satisfied with their service. I would not spend the money again with a company that charged me full price to complete half of the work. The one plus side is they were able to remove some odors from the walls, but honestly, that was really watered down by the rest of my experience. Personally, I would be cautious if you decide to hire this company - you will likely get more for your money with a different organization.
