They jetted out my leaf field that didn't have a access port, flushed out my system, glued on the end caps and found a problem with my pump. Very pleased with the work that they did but they did charge me to cut the end pipes off but they ended up reversing the charge.

The driver called in advance as promised and showed up on time as promised. Service was provided by a person who knew what he was doing. Not happy about paying $425 for cleaning out a 1000 gallon tank and sump tank (charged at an extra 500 gallons) but I guess that's the going rate.

They did a great job pumping out my tank. I also hired them to replace the tank alarm and to clean out the drain field. I recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done in a timely and professional manner.

I enjoyed working with them! There were mishaps as they tend to happen through a big job like this. However, they handled everything with utmost professionalism. Sandy was on top of things and followed up with me even when I dropped the ball. Our septic tank and pump went out the weekend my son was born. So It was pretty hectic. However, They handled the problem without so much of me having to be involved. Through the digging process, and they accidentally hit my sprinkler system and busted my pipes. They had a plumber a couple of days later the fix the problems no issues. And to make me feel better, they gave me a $200 credit. I found that to be a classy gesture. I highly recommend these guys!

I could not have asked for a better experience. Roy was great he did the work quickly and efficiently, and even did extra work that he was not required to do, but did anyway to ensure the job was done correctly. I greatly appreciate his work ethic and will hire Vega every time I need septic work. I had a bad experience from another septic company that did not fully pump the tank, left it half pumped and lied to me about what was really done. So I am glad that I found Vega Septic and will use them from now on.

If you even THINK you should have your septic tank emptied, I encourage you to call them and have it done. As their man said when he saw ours, 'man, you are one chicken fried steak away from big trouble!' I will hve this done every couple of years by them.

I got a cold just before xmas and started to think about my septic which I started using 23 years ago. I called Sandy at Vega Septic Services and she advised that the system should be pumped every 7 years and my system needed to be pumped. She sent Roy over on New Years eve day and pumped out my system and I learned a lot about how my septic works. Roy is a real pro and I recommend Vega Septic for any issues involving septic services.

I had no clue about my system and these guys were willing to explain everything to me without treating me like an idiot. That goes a long way these days.

Excellent service.

A grinder pump from 1992 finally failed and it was an emergency situation. Needed to be replaced quickly and the pump/tank was located in a very difficult spot. Julio replaced the pump, some electrical components, and tank floaters. Due to location and weight of the pump, he brought an assistant. The office kept me well informed and the technicians were clean, courteous, and thorough. I will update on the pump performance. Probably too much to expect that it will last 21 years! Nice job by VSE. A bit expensive but VSE was the company that was willing to take on a difficult job.Thanks!

Roy was courteous, efficient and prompt. The quote given me when the appointment was made (also VERY promptly) was fair and accurate. I'm very pleased with the service and relieved to have it done!

These guys are great! They returned my initial ( 2 other companies didn't). They set an appointment within the two day period when I needed them. They called enroute. They arrived within the service window they had given me. I didn't have any drawings or plans to show where the septic tank was. But, Roy, the service rep, found the buried septic tank with his 1st probe and the buried septic access door with his 2nd probe. It took less than a minute for him to find where he needed to dig to uncover the access. He was done uncovering, pumping, cleaning and closing in 45 min.
