Did sloppy job. Requested an invoice before he came so I can have it before providing credit card info. Once here, my husband had asked if he did the side of house . He replied yes. However when husband called him out on spray dust not on that side, he started to chuckle and said Oh maybe I forgot. Our house is not huge. When ready to leave, my husband told him to send us the invoice and we will pay bill. He got very rude and loud in front of our home. He stated he is sick of being screwed by people. We never said we wouldn't pay but I want an invoice. Would not recommend.

Initially he came out and was very responsive and came out right away but as for his follow up he has not be responsive.

Oscar from Veganix showed up on time and gave us a thorough assessment of the rodent problem we had (and a yellowjacket nest we didn't even know about). He laid initial traps and killed the yellowjackets on the first day, and we paid him partial for the job with the remainder due when he finished. The next scheduled meeting when he was due to check the traps, he did not show up at the scheduled time and after calling him discovered he was held up at another job. He came over later that day. For the third appointment, we called about 9:15 am to verify that he was coming that day at the scheduled time but didn't answer the phone. When we finally got a hold of him we asked if he was still coming today and he said he was working late and hurt his knee yesterday so he couldn't work today. We asked when he was planning on calling to tell us this since it was already 9:30 am, especially since we waited all day for him until 4:30 pm for the previous appointment, and I had to call him to find out he was not coming to the 11 am appointment. He said, "Oh, I was just calling all my customers this morning to tell them." So he said he would come the next day, apologized, and insisted he would be there. He did show up, but it is concerning that he does not call customers when he knows he will not be able to make appointment times. If he could improve that it would be a great service overall.

The only reason I gave 4.5 stars for quality is that it is the first time using Veganix after canceling Orkin (very disappointed in Orkin). The team that came to my house was very thorough and even checked for signs of carpenter ants and termites, which Orkin will only do separately from the normal pest control visit. I really feel that they went the extra step to ensure a pest-free home, and so far, we are very pleased.
