The electrician showed up gave me two options for my request. Gave me a written estimate on the spot. The electrician was courteous and polite.

Ratings are inflated since they did not install the electrical fixtures but the reason they did not do the work was because I wanted the fixtures installed under the rug in the living room and the electrician suggested I have a company x-ray the concrete under the sofa to make sure there are no cables under there (cables are used to hold the structure of the house together). I'm still looking for a firm to x-ray the concrete so the electrical fixtures were never installed. However, electrician was very nice and only charged me 1 hour labor to give his advice on how it could be done.

DO NOT HIRE. They charge hidden fees after the project has been completed. One hidden fee is a driving fee. After completing the project, the tech charges a driving fee. It would be great to mention that such a fee exists, especially if you have to drive for 30 mins to get to the location. After explaining to the tech and the office staff about the issue, they seemed to care less. Also, the tech was charging for extra hours, which he clearly was not there for. We had to negotiate an hour lower. If you do hire this company, which I highly recommend not to, make sure you are aware of the driving fee and record your time. In addition, the tech came to the house twice. His first visit was to survey the issue, but not to fix it. Therefore, as soon as you hire them, you're paying minimum $200. I do not recommend or will refer/hire this company again. As I mentioned to the company staff, it's not about the money, but the principle of how they conduct business.

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars we would. After trying 8 different contacts, this company actually returned our call, and Jeremy came out on Friday afternoon, in 108 degrees and did an amazing job of installing our home security system. We were in a time crunch and he came on very short notice. He gave us recommendations and suggestions that we weren't even aware of. His price was very fair. We will absolutely use this company again.

Gary was thee best we've seen in a long time. The "Real Deal" a great personality, friendly, real professional at what he does. Easy to talk with and he will always explain to us exactly what he was going to do to remedy the problem.
