Individual doing work was fine.......standards and demeaner of owner left much to be desired......demeaner, eh not so much...I can live with. Standards......count for much more. Example..said they clean vents etc.. Yet cleaning consisted of taking small paint brush and dusting off, not really cleaning. Really poor job overall.

The technician who came out was shady - he said he'd clean off my a/c coils and I could just "throw him something extra" - then he wrote the invoice in pencil simply stating "Air" under the "Services Performed" area. I also don't think he actually removed all of our vents (10 of them) as he was done in under an hour and I was told it would take up to two hours. Would not use again nor recommend.

The service was quick and they didnt even clean the outside vents..The ducts were cleaned alright but the vents were left uncleaned..I guess you hire the cheapest you will get the short cut way...
