Matt and Jason came out and evaluated my situation. Matt explained what was going on with my water softener and explained what needed to be done. He worked with me and I got a pretty good deal and had the system replaced at a very reasonable cost. They came out and had the job done in about 2 hours. They were thorough, friendly and professional. I will do business with Vegas Valley Plumbing again when I need Plumbing work done.

This company was awesome. They responded right away &the plumber was at my house within 30 minutes for an emergency after hours repair. The plumber Matthew was very professional &knowledgeable. He had everything he needed on his truck for the repairs I needed &did a great job. From calling them to the leak repair being completed was only about 2 hours. Leak was in the wall from the laundry valves.

This work was a request for my elderly mother's plumbing issue and was completed by Josh. The cost seemed a little pricey, and I felt that they were trying to take advantage of my mother because she is elderly. But they emailed an invoice with a breakdown of parts used, work completed, and labor costs. It still seems a little high, but at least now I understand why. Otherwise, Josh did a fantastic job, was very professional, and took pictures of the work completed. My mother was extremely satisfied with her new pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet. Josh arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated time. From reading some of the other reviews, I would use Vegas Valley Plumbing again, but I would only request Josh to do the work. Thanks again Vegas Valley - you saved the day!
