Velasco landscape and hardscape quoted a 3-4 week time frame for a large backyard project and after 2 months left us with an unfinished project, subpar work in our yard, a leaking water feature that he built and has taken off with the money we gave him to purchase the pergola material that he never built. He is untrustworthy and we have caught him in multiple lies. He is overly responsive in the beginning of a project and when he needs money, but will fall off the radar between payments and when he decides he does not want to finish the project he has no regard for honoring his word or the signed contract.
