Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Velasquez Painting and Construction. The company was chosen to replace the wood fence from the recommendation on Next Door application. Quote was received. The requirement was to remove the fence and pickets, replace posts and pickets, and stain new fences. Contractor delayed in removal of debris beyond the agreed upon time constraints. The assistant did not speak English. Assistant was not skilled in staining and got stain over other items. The contractor seemed to have numerous personal reasons for delay of debris removal. He did not seem to value me as a customer. The second quote was for laying sod and cleaning the driveway. The contractor asked for 200.00 deposit in Dec 2022 for work to begin in Feb 2023. The contractor failed to show for scheduled appointments or respond via telephone. The money had to be clawed back via financial institutions. Do not recommend the company. One star rating
