This clean service has been amazing and my pole has been cleaned. They degraded it and turned it into my most beautiful sparkling clear blue pool. I recommend them Anytime and I do recommend them to all my friends and family. these are before and after pictures.

My pool equipment wasn’t working. I KenizPool . My pool equipment was repaired and the pool was cleaned. I also hired them for regular maintenance. The commitment to service is excellent. I receive a receipt and picture of my pool. As a pool owner for over twenty years, this has never been done. You will not be disappointed in hiring. We recieve text reminders and notices when he is on the way and the pool is always so nice and cleN when he is done. He notifies us if there is ever an issue we need to address outside of the standard cleaning. Great job! I recomend Velo Blue!

This is my pool after a clean jim had done and so we have a net so I gave Jim a benefit of the doubt and when we took the whole net down they still left it dirty. Also they never are consistent on when they come and message me late evening saying they will be in the next day. Then when my wife and I were fed up we decided to end out service and Jim comes back texting me about how he spent 500 dollars on my pool and goes on and on insinuating that its my fault they spent that much and I told him that he should have mentioned this problem to me as maybe we could have come to some conclusion but I never authorized any such payment or additional chemicals as he was saying that it was hard for me to understand and thats why he didn't communicate that to me. After the back and forth he sends me an invoice for it and that was done months ago so seems as if he was holding that until I left and I never even authorized that so its his cost which he even said that in the text. Don't use him!

Terrible work ethic, the technicians show up late, spend more time on their phones than cleaning the pool. Our pool was working fine before the technician Jim turned off the filter it never came back on. When asked why he wasn?t doing the vacuuming that involved throwing the dust outside the pool he said because it was a pain in the a** to set up! He left and now our pool filter doesn?t work!!!

Yes! Hector was excellent! We had our previous pool guy for 8 years but he had to retire. I loved our old pool guy and I hate to say it but my husband and I like Hector more.
