Came out on the same day to diagnose and fix the problem with the washing machine. A part was needed which was replaced. The Tech advised that my washer wold most likely not last too much longer but I did not run out and buy a new one. It still is working great no problems like some others.

This company is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the customer. I had to book 7-8 appointments all no shows and no return calls. Requested that I pay for the parts and labor before the project was completed. It took the threat of legal action and filing a police report to get the work completed. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed.

The technician did not correctly identify the problem. Replaced wrong part. Took two weeks and four service calls to trait the washing machine.

"First call the tech did a diagnose as per book and replaced a new lid switch. Then we figure out that the Washer needed a new user control panel, we ordered it directly from the manufacture because the part was not available locally. We finally got the part and installed it. WE FIXED THE PROBLEM Customer refused to pay for the Lid Switch which was installed. Customer comments are biased and not honest. He should mentioned that his washing machine was fixed, running perfect and had a free part, which he did not pay."

The technician was accurate in the troubleshooting to determine the repairs needed. The electric dryer was repaired quickly, the area was neat when the job was completed and the techinician was very professional. The dryer works as if it was brand new.

I selected this company from the HomeAdvisor Website based on prior reviews. The appointment was timely, two men came to our home, professional at all times. They diagnosed the dishwasher problem as a faulty float switch, charged me $80 for the diagnosis. Stated they didn't have the part , but would try to find it. That was over two weeks ago and they haven't called or tried to contact me since their initial/only visit. I have called them several times since. Most often, my call goes to voice mail. One time, an actual person answered and stated they hadn't found the part yet.

I first called a well known appliance repair company and was told it would be two weeks before anyone could come - Veloce arrived in less than two hours!!! A two man team was sent. The problem was assessed quickly and the repair was made on the spot. I am a very happy customer.
