Available very quickly. Professional, answered my questions well, and got my AC working again. Might be a bit more expensive than others, but seemed worth it to pay a bit more for promptness and professionalism.

After initial visit on Monday took until Friday to get new part - various excuses from we did not have your correct number to arrived damaged had to be re-ordered. Service person left one of the parts to be installed laying in my driveway! Took another four days to have some one come out and finish this very expensive repair. I do not recommend them and I doubt I will use HomeAdvisor again.

They arrived on time and fixed the issue. But I will say be careful they will try to sell you stuff you do not need. I just needed a new capacitor on my compressor (couple hundred dollars) and they tried to get me to replace the entire compressor (several thousand dollars) without even testing the capacitor first. Luckily, I know enough about A/C to ask him to test getting an entire new compressor which by the way is only 6 years old to begin with. He was knowledgeable though and did a good job on the repairs and took pictures.

Purchased a new A.C. Unit from this company. Good price and great service. Workers very courteous and friendly.I was happy they were able to install the unit the same day! They also cleaned up very well before they left. Would definitely recommend this company.

It was l little more expensive than I thought it should be but they came out very quickly and did a great job.

I purchased an entirely new HVAC system from Velocity and they seemed to do a sufficient job during installation, but a month later, the AC stopped working. After a $200 service charge, it was repaired. The issue happened again a month and a half later. It turns out, they installed the condensate drain line on an incline so it was backing up, filling with algae, and then triggering the float switch. Fast forward a year and a half to this winter and I noticed that the house was not getting warm. Turns out, they also forgot to install the heating elements in the furnace (even though I was charged for parts and labor!). They agreed to install the heating elements but claim that the wiring they installed initially only supports a lower wattage heater than I paid for and are refusing to refund me for the cost of the better heater or to run new wiring. Literally, the worst HVAC experience I have ever had.

Response from Company:

We refunded the deference and offered to run new electrical at cost. Please give us a call if you change your mind.
