Velocity Enterprises Corp.

This was such a professional, humane service. They arrived promptly, removed and cleaned up after taking with them a dead raccoon and they were amicable, thoughtful, a delight to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was hundreds of dollars less than other comnpanies I called.

He is very kind, efficient and came when he said he would.

Excellent service. Joshua who performed the service very knowledgeable. Thank you Tom and Joshua. Highly recommended Velocity Enterprise.

Excellent service. They were able to get rid of my squirrel problem after 2 other companies tried & failed.

Joshua who performed the service was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I found Tom very helpful and friendly. Came on time easy to reach did a great job. No fuss no muss.

Working with Tom. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to oversell or pressure me. The work is ongoing, but so far so good.

I was given great guidance and presented with a couple options on what to do about the repairs. There was a low-cost option and a more thorough option. And I was given an anecdote on a previous customer so I could learn what happens when you do nothing. They did a fantastic job and I learned something along the way.

Spoke to Tom M, described my squirrel infestation problem then set up an appointment. He arrived at said time, looked over my entire home exterior and found the problem immediately. Returned to fix the problem and did a great job of eliminating the infestation. Professional man who accomplished exactly what he said. Highly recommended and would call again should another problem occur.

Very responsive. On time with their appointment and call ahead when on their way. They take their time and thoroughly assess the situation and recommending what is most appropriate, no more and no less.

efficient, knowledgeable, good communication

I really appreciate these guys for working with me. Being a first time homeowner - I had no clue what was going on or how to tackle the squirrels that built a condo in my roof. Tom and his team took the time to assess the roof and explain to me how they could have gotten in and the best steps to remedy it. I’m always insanely busy with work and I was thankful that Tom would follow up with me on the trap progress during the time frame and after. I will definitely recommend this team to others who may run into the same issue. Also - they’re really nice!

Very friendly and hard workers. Easy to work with.

Easy to deal with. Listened to all my concerns. Were punctual and did a great job!

I hired Velocity to get rid of squirrels living in my roof. Took them a week to install an **excluder** over a hole in the roof. Said to give it a week or 2. They never checked, the squirrels damaged more of my roof. They charged more money to to install another **excluder** breaking my roof shingles. 5 weeks later the squirrels are are gone. Awful, expensive and unprofessional. These other reviews are a joke.

Velocity took care of the groundhog problem in my backyard, They arrived promptly, consistently monitored the situation, and kept me updated on what they were doing. There were a number of groundhogs to be trapped and the process took several weeks. Velocity got the job done and fenced off the area underneath my backyard shed to prevent future groundhog infestations. I recommend them.

This company informed me on what I should do with the squrriels that was in the soffit of my home. I hired them and they got rid of the squrriels and did a great job. I would highly recommend Velocity.

there pleasant and effective but i think little high in price.

Came n did the job as told

Reliable. Showed up when expected (even earlier !). Good job. Got rid of squirrels in the attic. Came back and followed up. Tom was the first one who came and wrote the order and explained everything. Another worker came and set up the "One Way Door" so the squirrels could exit out of the Attic and not be able to get back in. Josh was the one who came as a Follow Up a week or so later and he removed the "Door" and disinfected and sanitized the Attic. All were very pleasant and nice. I love not hearing the scampering and clawing up in the Attic - I can sleep good now ! Would use them again for any other rodent problems.
