The owner himself answered my call at 7:45 AM (I was expecting to leave a message) and came out the very same day to do a free inspection of suspected critters in my attic. After the inspection, he advised that in fact I didn't have any critters in my attic at all. He was honest about his findings and even advised that I could take preventative measures, given the age of my home (1961) to seal up openings so that I wouldn't have to worry about animals get into my attic in the future. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I give this company an A++++

The owner came out himself to do the estimate, and was very reasonable. I had already had my regular pest service attempt to do the work, and CritterPro took care of it. They did an assessment for all the entry points, and then the next day came to do the exclusion, and then came back again to follow up. Their quote was great compared to others I had gotten. They took time to educate me on what was happening and walk me through the whole process.
