Very professional. They removed the squirrel and redid all of our vossets, so we wouldn't have an issue anytime soon. They also sanitized the attic for us.

Where to start? Owner gave me his cell phone number but it turned out to be the number for his office manager. They will send you an e-mail telling you when they will come by, but they are always either an hour or more late or several hours early. Yesterday, I had things to do but since the e-mail said they would be by at 3, I waited around the house. Only by chance did I discover that the work had already been done when I was gone 6 hours earlier. It would have been nice to have been informed of this but apparently it was too much trouble to let me know. Employees are ill equipped to do the work they are hired for; climbing roofs, patching holes where critters might enter/exit etc. One employee called his office to say he could not perform the assigned task and then left. After two weeks I still do not know what is in my attic. No one has been up there. Traps have been set but nothing has been caught. The traps are only set in one place. within arms length of the hatchway opening.

Stay away. The job was not completed. Rodents are back to the house within a few months. All emails/phone calls are being completely ignored.

Small Animal Pest Control Service
Not effective in trapping amartillo.
Response from Velocity Enterprise, Corp.
"Thank you for your feedback Frank. Armadillo trapping can take a degree of patience, which we offer a no time limit single capture as well as our 30 day trapping. It appears your invoice was unpaid and we have made a few trips for free at this point. We would be happy to remove the animal once the trapping fee is paid. Have a great New Years and we look forward to assisting you in anyway we can."

They had a glitch in their system that made them miss my initial appointment. The foreman apologized and made up for it by coming out himself on a Saturday to do the job. More to come when the job is finished in a month.

They were fine until I called and explained that my dogs found one of the rats they had poisoned and was sick from it so I decided it wasn't for me. I never didn't want or ask for my money returned but did ask that they come back (which they were going to do anyway to service the traps) and take the poison traps back because I had no way to properly dispose of them. . I called them three times and each time he said he'd take care of it but he never showed. He acted like I was a real pain.
Response from Velocity Enterprise, Corp.
"Thank you for your feedback Mrs. Margaret, We apologize that you felt as if you were an inconvenience of any kind, you are our customer and family at this point. Due to the extremely rural location in which you live, we had to work out logistics between one of our available technicians to pick the boxes up which happened to fall right in the middle of one of our busiest times of the year. I know you had called several times, and each time I assured you that "We" as a company were not concerned about the "boxes" themselves, as you didn't want them being stolen. We apologize that in an effort to reassure you, we made you feel unimportant."

Kind of a Funny thing happened. It was not a Rodent at all. It ended up being a Muscovy Duck that had pushed up the plastic eave material and got into the attic. Brian Payne the President of Velocity said he'd never seen that happen. He removed the Duck at No Charge. I then hired him to seal under the eaves where needed. His worker Sean who came out to do the work was excellent. He spent several hours sealing up the eaves where needed. Great Job Velocity! Happy Customer!

Brian responded almost immediately to my request and was kind enough to listen to my frantic speech about an unwanted slithering guest. Although after hours, He came promptly within the hour and resolved my issue. Very professional and courteous and KIND to help me so efficiently and quickly. He even has post services to help ensure this does not happen as often. He is the real deal.

Brian was very quick to respond, and quite personable. His employee arrive on time and worked on the project. They were to return in 2 weeks to to install control stations and after 40 days called them as no one came out. Brian again had someone out within a day to install the stations. Yet again had to call as the exclusion door that was to be removed has yet to be removed after 60 days. They are responsive and did the job, but seem to up to the buyer to keep them on target with follow up.

As soon as I entered info on Home Advisor I received a call from Brian and no other company. Ed Reese came out and signed me up to install skirting around my modular home. He was very professional and amiable. Douglas and Jordan just completed the work and were very professional. They are both hard workers and left the beds around the house graded and looking better than when they started. They installed two one way excluders and will be back in a few weeks to check them out. It is pricey but I believe I got my moneyâ s worth and my peace of mind back! Highly recommend.
