I wish there were 10 stars on this and that would be the score I'd give! When you are right on time to your appointment for a price quote, you're off to the right start. Venetian Builders surpassed my expectations. Yonatan is easy to talk to and a total pro. He walked me through the interior painting procedure and made the start to finish experience stress free.The crew did a fantastic job. They are great with details and were very courteous.I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. And will definitely use them again.

I needed my kitchen remodeled and it was the beginning of summer and very hard to find a company available to do it. I used Porch to find someone for the job. Two companies contacted me. One was Venetian Builders and the other I can t even remember the name. I googled both companies and read reviews and the other company had complaints whereas Venetian Builders had rave reviews. Jonathan came to my home and explained to me the process and gave me a quote. Since I had no idea how much it would cost I wanted a second quote. I could not find anybody else to come out to my home so I went to Home Depot. Home Depot does not hold your hand and you have to kind of know what you re doing and the price was not going to be that much lower than going with Jonathan. I have to tell you I was very scared putting my trust in somebody I did not know. I have OCD and I wanted my dream kitchen! I was worried that it wouldn t come out the way I wanted. Jonathan was very patient and walked me through everything step-by-step. He always checked with me before doing anything. I was very stressed because moving is exhausting. I even got a little grumpy with him for no reason but he was so patient and kind! He even gave me suggestions and ideas for other areas of my home. My kitchen got done so quickly and I have to tell you it exceeded all expectations. It was even better than what I had imagined in my head. For someone who is a perfectionist and has OCD he managed to give me my dream kitchen! Everyone who has seen my kitchen is so impressed by how gorgeous it looks. I seriously sometimes just stare at it I am beyond happy. Jonathan truly cares about his clients and is happy making them happy. I highly recommend Venetian Builders.

My wife and I are thrilled with our new kitchen! It looks exactly how we had envisioned it to look. The crew who installed the cabinets and countertops had to create several custom pieces to fit our space and did a fantastic job. We had some problems with electrical after the projectâ s completion, but our contractor Jonatan, sent an electrician back to our house months after the renovation was done to fix the electrical problem. Our kitchen is now the focal point of our home. Big thanks to Jonatan!

I have been a homeowner for over 15 years, and Venetian Builders is the worst experience I ve ever had with renovations. I would not do business with them again if they offered their services for free. They performed sloppy work that the contractor should ve caught, but he was never here to oversee the work being performed, so my wife and I had to oversee everything they did and have them correct or completely redo all of their sloppy work and mistakes. Also, they were absurdly expensive for the simple services they performed and kept trying to get us to have them perform more work, so they could keep adding things to the bill. It was infuriating.

I happened to be around for most of my bathroom remodel. I saw it at each phase of completion. Yoav of Venetian Builders never compromised on quality and attention to detail until everything was perfect. No corners cut, even when no one would have known the difference. For example, materials like moisture barrier paper, hot mopping, behind the walls plumbing, etc. all top quality, professional grade, often exceeding standards. Their motto could be "done right, done to last." Pricewise, I got several bids and Venetian Builders was the most reasonable (lowest actually) for the value. Timewise, the crew worked every day until the project was done. I have a beautiful, high-quality, stunning bathroom! I highly recommend Yoav and Venetian Builders.

Planning my kitchen has been my dream since I bought my new home 2-1/2 years ago. After meeting with other contractors I decided not to wait any longer. I am pleased to give Venetian Builders, a family-owned construction company, my rating of excellent in their completion of my kitchen renovation. Michael and Jonathan (project manager) sat down with me to discuss my vision and budget constraints. Jonathan and Michael assured me that they would take the necessary precautions to protect my house and my pets during the process. We came up with a design plan and schedule dates. The city inspector was familiar with the company and the project manager and gave approval with no corrections needed. Three words describe Venetian Builders, Inc. Superb quality, dependability, and customer service. I will definitely use them for future projects and I highly recommend them. Jonathan kept me apprised of progress daily, in person or by phone, ensuring the workers were completing their tasks properly. I never had to worry. Jonathan is very detail oriented, knowledgeable, and congenial. After each step, we checked to make sure I was satisfied with the progress. At the end of the project, Jonathan went step by step with me to make sure I was happy with the results. I love my new kitchenâ ¦.and now I am excited about new recipes! For the amount of money I spent, although I could not get brand new cabinets, I could have got cabinet refacing instead of my same cabinets just being sanded and repainted. My new flooring was installed over partially removed old laminate which now feels uneven when you walk over it. I had to purchase hardware for the drawers which was not installed properly and my drawers stick. Now I have to pay someone else to fix. Ben was great to work with, however, his workers were less than (except for the countertop people, they were great and very professional!). If I knew then what I know now, I would have either had them reface my cabinets or hired someone else. Not pleased.

There is ABSOLUTELY no way we could have done this HARD WORK. Our contractor, Ron, is absolutely amazing and we like the kitchen so much, they are remodeling our entire house. New roof, foundation reinforcement bcuz of earthquakes, etc....Kitchen is gorgeous.

When budget overages happen, get other bids for the unexpected jobs. Their prices skyrocket after they’ve been hired. Besides that, Their crews have been very clean and the work good. Overall, we are happy

In the past, we have worked with few contractors and Venetian Builders is simply the best contractor we had! Our large scale remodeling project included several issues and changes due to some structure problems that our new house had. Rather than take the easy route and provide a short solution, Michael always avoided them and worked to get the remodeling just right, providing hard solutions to many of the problems (small and big ones). We very much appreciated the motto of them which say: it must be right and perfect. More than that, all the people that worked at the team of Michael was a professional and polite person to work with and that includes the people at the office too. They were knowledgeable, hardworking and courteous staff. During the work, we noticed very well that they went out of their way to accommodating the neighbors something that we personally didn't expect that. Venetian Builders took what was a hard project and turned it into a successful one. We couldn't be happier with the final results. We recommend Venetian Builders to friends and family.

Venetian builders was contracted by us to do a complete renovation of our kitchen including ceiling popcorn removal, rebuild the pantry, new cabinets and storage shelfs in the pantry, marble countertops and subway backsplash. They truly worked with us on the design that was made based on our initial meetings and was changed several times before we approved it within the exact same kitchen space. The complete project was finished within the time frame that was set and mainly within our budget. All of the workers and sub-contractors were very friendly, professional and worked every day for a full day until the project was completed. Another thing that we really liked and appreciated was that they cleaned up each and every day before they left home. All the cabinets (including the new ones that were added in order to maximize the space) and the marble countertops were a perfect fit and excellent. While the project was in progress, we wanted to convert the kitchen from gas to electric. Our project manager Michael, did that task very well too and he made sure that all the people that were involved in our kitchen will work seamlessly with all the sub-contractors including the electrician and plumber who did the installation of the gas.

We are definitely a very happy client. We hired Venetian builders to do a kitchen remodeling. We got their contact information and decided to meet with them based on a recommendation of a good friend of ours. We know that by selecting a random contractor can be a huge risk and dangerous as well so by finding one that was already proved his performance in the past and was recommended by someone you know and a contractor where we can see the work that he did. Our old kitchen dining room and bedroom got a brand new-look and by having the open space from the kitchen to the dining area, the house got a much bigger look and we love it. The style that we selected was a modern style and Michael helped us to select the right materials for that remodeling. The workers did a daily cleanup, and the supervisor made sure to constantly communicate with us and to inform us about each stage of the remodeling and what was going on, wanting to make sure we were okay with it. The kitchen came out much more than our expectations and the kitchen become much more functional and practical. Venetian builders never stopped until the work was done. Without question or any hesitation, we would use them again, or recommend them to family and friends as they were recommended to us.

I hired Venetian builders to remodel my master bathroom and the kitchen. In the master bathroom, Michael and his crew removed the old tile floor and installed new travertine 18x18, replaced the double sink vanity, new bath tub and installed brand new mirrors and faucets. This was finalized with a new coat of paint. In the kitchen, I had them demolish all the old kitchen and install new, large island, upper and lower cabinets, appliances and faucets. Michael did remarkable work and he was always on time and on top of everything. When we first met with Michael, we explained to him what we want and how much we can spend on the project. Michael came up with good estimate that included 3 options of the work. After we agreed on what and how much, the work started few days after. Michael was able to answer each one of our questions and concerns that we had during the work. This gave us a lot of peace of mind mainly because it is a large scale project. This really showed us that we wouldn't be disappointed after hiring Venetian builders. I would highly recommend giving them a call, trust me you won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend Venetian builders, Sol and his team are excellent and honest. They are professional, respectful and skilled. Sol who was the project manager, was very patient and very helpful while we considered many remodeling options for the kitchen and bathroom during the planning stage of design. Sol expertise and his advices, guided us through the remodeling as we made decisions and at the end, we ended up with the perfect kitchen and bathroom! We couldn't be happier than and as far as final work came out... We will use Venetian builders in the future!

I found Venetian builders by an online research and the referral that hired them before. The remodeling project they had completed for the referral was very nice and that was what I was thinking to have at my house as well, so I contacted them and scheduled a meeting with Michael. I received several estimates from other companies but at the end, I hired Venetian builders because Michael seemed the most creative in his design and the most efficient regarding his services, professionalism and schedule. Most of all, the price for the work was the major consideration. Luckily enough, I wasn't disappointed. Michael, Morgan and the working crew were skilled, honest, on time and on budget as well as very responsive to every concern and question that came up during the work. I could not be happier with the complete project and I do recommend Venetian builders to anyone with remodeling project such as mine.

We hired Venetian builders to do a major renovation of our house in the Hollywood hills. The complete renovation included building a new staircase outside the house on the hillside. The staircase was built to connect the floors of the home. Other than that, they renovated: - The kitchen. - 3 new bathrooms. - A new fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. - Tiling the bathrooms and kitchen areas and installing new wood flooring throughout the home. We are very happy with Venetian builders and with all the work they did for us. Each day, the crew came for work on time, Michael on the other hand made sure that the project will stay on budget and all the change of orders (which we had several of them during the work) were handled in a reasonable manner with no stress or pressure while he tried all the time to find ways to do the changes at the lowest cost. There were a few situations which came up, as we attend to imagine as common situations that happened with this big renovations of any existing home. All of them were always handled with professionally and honesty by Michael the manager as well as the other crew people. The main thing I liked most about them was that they really wanted us to be not only pleased with the final results of the work, but they want us to be really happy with the process of it as well. This way of work is present at all levels of the workers, from Michael at the top to the on-site construction worker.

We hired Venetian builders to remodel and upgrade all 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms at our house. The remodeling included paint with new colors and texture, the replacement of all the windows with new ones and we added few benches in the shower areas. After that, we replaced all the vanities and added in-wall storage cabinets including all the crown molding around. On top of that, they painted all the bedrooms at the house and tear down all the wall paper around the house. In the kitchen area we replaced the existing appliances with new ones, while adding the back splash tiles, new paint and new LED lightings. New light fixtures were installed in the family room and living room. The house looks very good and beautiful! Venetian builders did everything they promised and even few more things that were added in the middle of the work. I will hire them again in the future for my next remodeling project. We just completed our remodeling project with Venetian builders. From the very first meeting, we knew they would be able to make our visions and needs come true. Our remodeling project was not an easy task with new design of the existing layout of the kitchen and bathrooms. With the help of their designer, they were able to generate an amazing open floor plan. I must mention that during the work, we were always able to get a hold of Jonathan when we had questions or loud thoughts. Weekly updates were given to us about any progress of the work and when and problem came up with a relevant solution. With this expansion of the space, the conversion of the kitchen to the living room was just an amazing thing to do and the house look much bigger and brighter. The work was completed in 6 weeks only and Overall, we are very happy with all the people from Venetian builders team that were part of our remodeling and we are in love with every aspect of our new look of the house.

My only advice about Venetian Builders is that you can't go wrong when you hire them. Hela and his people are hardworking people, Honest, professional, skilled, and mostly client-oriented. We hired them to replace the windows with high efficient ones (double glass), the bedrooms and entry doors and sliding door on the guest room area of our house in addition to paint the entire home. Hela worked with us before we hired him for this job to find the look, style and best prices for all the items we wanted. His team that worked at the house, were awesome people and they answered any of our questions. More than that, after each day of work, they stayed until the working area was clean and without any left overs of materials or debris. I highly recommend anyone that is looking to do any remodeling or a project to consult Venetian Builders…

We were so happy with the new kitchen remodeling project that was completely done by Jonathan, the subcontractors and the team at Venetian builders. Our kitchen remodeling was professionally done based on a new design that was generated by the in house designer that was able to implement all the features and style that we wanted to have. Jonathan was for sure the main key to the success of our kitchen remodeling and it present the knowledge, skills, professionalism and honesty that Venetian builders present. We will hire them for sure in the near future for additional remodeling projects that we have in mind.

After meeting with several companies and contractors in order to find out who will be the best fit for my remodeling project and more than that, who will be able to convince me that in case I will hire them, the will be able to complete the work and without problems or issues. After all the meetings and appointments, I decided to hire Venetian Builders for the design and remodeling project of my master bedroom and master bathroom. Due to the fact that this project was kind of complicated and it required to move several walls & doors, building a new walk-in closet I decided to hire a separate engineer for all the structure design and to have Venetian Builders for all the materials and the actual construction work. Yoav was excellent person to deal and to work with! He was able to provide me with several options and solutions and more than that, he was the one that was able to listen to all my needs and wishes and to achieve my goal of remodeling to add a second full bath in the Master bedroom without the loss of any closet space. Yoav worked exceptionally well with all his workers and among the other people that were involved in the remodeling. In addition to that, his communication skills were great and he made sure to involve me in the main items and this made the whole process much easier. I loved the design and the new results of the remodeling, all the tiles of the shower, the fixtures and all the rest. Yoav was always available, professional and very helpful. Everyone describes the new bathroom as one of the nicest ones they ever seen. I love it and would definitely use Venetian Builders and mainly Yoav on future projects!!!

My kitchen was recently remodeled by Hela and her workers. His work started with a meeting so he can understand what me and my wife wants, and it ended with a beautiful kitchen that included: new paint, new cabinets, counter tops, back splash and more... his work took close to a month and Hela came over to our house few times a week to make sure that everything is going according to plan. I'm very happy with his work, his attitude and his passion to his work.

After a while of searching for a contractor that can be reliable and reasonable with prices etc. We decided to hire this company to remodel our kitchen. What we did was almost everything, ¦from new floor to fresh paint. The work that Yoav supervised came out beyond our expectations and we thank him for that. The work included several teams of people that each one did something else at the house. Yoav made sure that all of them will come to work daily and the all the materials will arrive on time while making sure to communicate with us and to be sure that the materials will be at the house prior to the work. During the remodeling, we added a few other tasks to Yoav because we found out that it will be logical to do it now and not later on after everything was completed. We are very pleased with everything and we will recommend this company and Yoav in the future.
