Chris did a wonderful job! But took a little longer.

The team was very professional and clean. They worked hard and quickly did exactly what needed to be done. When we had to make a change they did it without a problem. I'd recommend them again and also would have them do additional work for me.

Chris was wonderful to deal with on my project. He showed up and was on the job and completed it in my time frame. He and his crew were, friendly, courteous and easy to communicate with. I would strongly recommend him to anyone and in fact will use Venn Construction again for my bathroom renovation in the spring. Chris is a very knowledgeable general contractor. He will work closely with you to meet your budget and is very flexible in allowing the customer to be a "subcontractor". What I liked most about Chris, and where I think it brings the great value for the money; he is a working contractor, doing a lot of the work himself. He did not cut corners, and managed his sbucontractors well. I highly recommend Chris as a general contractor for residential additions.

Excellent workmanship. Kept the job site clean, the only thing left was sawdust. Listened to what I wanted and implemented it perfectly. Finished in a timely manor. Worked full days. I look forward to working with them again.
