We decided to go with Saul the owner of Venova Construction. From the beginning we always felt that Saul and his team would be a good fit, and boy did we make the right decision. Not only did Saul and his team do a complete tear down and remodel of our two bathrooms, his also installed a new sump pump with trenching along the foundation in my crawl space, removing approximately 3.5 yards of dirt, his team also did a complete re piping ( replacing all galvanized with copper) all work completed in approximately 8 weeks. One of things I appreciate about Saul and his team is how they handle adversity. When there were questions or concerns that arose during the construction, Saul addressed them promptly. At the onset of this project, we must admit, we did work an interior designer, who assisted with the design and permit process and submission (andrea@mysoftdesign.com) I highly recommend Venova Construction. Our brand new condo did not have a ceiling box for a chandelier in the dining area, so I reached out to get the wiring run, switch installed, and chandelier hung. Never did I expect his work to be as exceptional!!! Iâ m bringing them back to two additional installations. From the very beginning, the customer service just could not be matched. Saul always responded to my messages and showed up at the exact times he said he would. They repainted to area, so you cannot even tell there were any work done. They even cleaned up behind themselves. â ¦one of the best contractors Iâ ve worked with over the years.!

Project : remove/replace window wood trim. Mr. Venova was prompt and professional . He took great care in doing a very good job with attention to detail. I found him to be very easy to talk to and he understood my concerns. He carefully explained what he needed to do and his pricing was very fair.

His work is exceptional. The detail has been great. He has created a space that feels beautiful but approachable. He is very good at walking us through the steps.
