I think that it would be nice if there was a way to get estimates before work is done and that total price was available before final decision has to be made. Also a receipt at time of payment should be a requirement. I can't rate the value because I had no way of comparison. I only had the final total and he was lucky that I had the money in my account. It went from $100 for inspection to 1,100 for job and final cost was 1550. He says it is guaranteed and that the guarantee is transferable; but I have no documentation in that regard. Needs more professionalism.
