George is wonderful! He was prompt, very friendly and full of knowledge. I would highly recommend to anyone. He did a great job.

I thought I had a hole in my ducts under the house which I was waiting to be told it's going to be expensive fixing. Video came over crawled under the house then asked to go inside. He went to the thermostat and pointed to my problem. I had the fan on even though I had the a/c off. It's a new thermostat and it wasn't fully explained to me how to use it. He could have come back telling me I needed new duct work, etc. Finding someone that's actually honest in today's world is very rare. I had him go ahead and clean my air vents and dryer out. He is to be commended for his honestly that I told my neighbor and she called to schedule her vents to be cleaned.

George called within 30 minutes of our Angi post. Came following day to complete job. Took before pictures that showed damage on top and bottom of fireplace on roof. Did those repairs as well as inspected and cleaned wood burning fireplace. Pricing was better than any other companies we received quotes from. Highly recommend Vent Service Pro.

We were having dryer issues. It was taking more than one cycle to dry a regular load of clothes. My husband told me it was because the coil had a crimp in it. I called Vent Service Pro and George came to check the vent. Turns out the vent was almost completely blocked. A big fire hazard. Vent Service Pro saved us from a possible fire . I haven?t used my chimney for a while, probably since I bought our house many years ago. With the recent ice storm in Greenville, I decided it was time to start using it again. I heard about George from a friend, who had a great experience with him. George came for a chimney inspection and afterwards cleaned the flue and repaired a few cracks in the fireplace. He also inspected the roof and chimney cap to make sure birds and bugs couldn?t get inside. My experience was excellent and I?m satisfied with the results. George was professional and friendly. He cleaned the air ducts throughout the house and included the vent covers. The machine was really loud, but efficient. He showed us how much dust and debris were removed. No wonder we were having allergies in the house. Within a few hours we noticed a difference in the air quality.
