First time ever having my dryer vents cleaned, and I'm glad I finally did it. Our laundry room is on the third level of our townhome and the vent runs out way up high, so the tech explained ahead of time that he wouldn't be able to measure the airflow speed given how the vent is positioned — and I was completely fine with that. He found a moderate amount of lint in both the line and the dryer and vacuumed all the buildup out of the pipe. He left me a written report with photos, recommended having it done every two years, and backed the job with a 6-month guarantee — if anything comes up with airflow, he'll come back out free. Professional, thorough, and honest about what he could and couldn't do. Recommend.
