Very good, even caught areas that I didn't remember. Cleaned up after themselves which didn't take long because of their cleanliness to begin with.

Very responsive and prompt. Easy to work with. When problem came up the next day, it was immediately resolved. Excellent people to work with.

Doug & crew very professional & prompt. Cleaned, sanitized, deodorized, replaced (4) ducts. Former tenants allowed dogs to urinate in floor registers which resulted in awful odor. No odor since Doug completed project.

Wow, these guys do so much more than clean HVAC vents and advanced mold remediation. They went out of their way to ensure my ventilation ducts, systems and crawl space were properly maintained, pointed out any existing deficiencies and fixed most that they found without additional charges. Worth every dollar they charge. Best service investment in my home to date!

Was a good experience. Replaced underfloor ductwork that had been soiled by cats, then treated the trunk. Odor is gone.

VP called me right back when I put in a request. They came when they said they would and did a great job being really thorough and cleaning our ducts well. We noticed an immediate difference in air quality. However, they did not clean up well after themselves and we found dust and dirt near multiple vent sites. They also didn't secure some of the vents well and they later came off. All in all, I think we would use them again, but I just wish they took a little bit better care of the vent sites. I didn't appreciate cleaning up after them.

Excellent work. And lucky for me, when they were cleaning the ducts they noticed a leak under my house at the sewer pipe and informed me. Very pleased with their work

I was surprised by the cost but understand this is the going rate for Dryer Vent Cleaning in the market. Seems high for the level of work required. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

Work was done professionally. All workers were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. No wasted time, they worked continuously for the 4 plus hours they were at my home. They cleaned up the jobsite before leaving. I would highly recommend Ventilation Purification for duct cleaning.
