I didn t realize how disgusting the air we were breathing was until the guys showed me the inside of our vents. It is a HUGE deal when you have a child with respiratory issues, so the peace of mind and hope for a healthier year is so comforting. It was pretty expensive and the timing of the service is not what I expected, but having a child who hopefully won t get as sick anymore is worth it. My child also has special needs and both men were VERY patient with him and accommodated him during the cleaning. That was a very big deal!

The crew that came out was very courteous and professional. Very timely and when they ran into traffic the office called me to let me know they were running behind. They said the tech s would be there around 10:20 and lo and behold they were here at 10:19.

the team came out the same day I called. They cleaned out the vent which needed it badly and cleaned up the area around it. I would highly recommend them.

Cost quoted ended to be double that amount. I wanted one quote for their full service. The key reason for employing them was some obvious mold around the forced air vents. Added to their "deal" was about $100 additional for Sanitizer, and $130 for Mildicide, and about $75 for cleaning the blower. They were done very quickly. They told me what they did rather than show me what they did. Mold was still on the vents. They removed the vents for cleaning but the vents they returned were still dirty and moldy. One of the bedroom vents was not returned to the hole. I wondered if that air duct was even cleaned. I also question if the blower was even cleaned. When I had this air duct cleaning done before at another home, there was only one price, all the vents were very clean, and we had a refreshing clean odor. I'm sorry we chose this company because I am not sure if they cleaned and did what we expected.

They do not call to confirm appointment you must call them. The van does not have the company logo on it. The van leaked oil all over my concrete driveway.

The team did an excellent job. They explained everything to me and showed me the ducts before the cleaning and then afterwards. What a difference it has made!

Their price I thought was a little high though their work was clean and good so it was worth the extra $...

The two young men were curtious and polite. They came in and we reviewed the vent locations. One started upstairs and the other man went to the furnace area. They cleaned up after they were finished. Now my house feels clean. I would recommend them to anyone that would like to have the hot air duct work cleaned. Thank you for introducing them to me

This company was great. They called me the day after I submitted a request. I set up an appointment and they came on time. The two guys were professional and courteous to me and my property. They took off their shoes and even showed me everything they were doing. My ducts were really bad and am glad I had them come clean them.

I had priced several companies before contacting Home Adviser and found Ventilation Purification to be very competitive. They happened to be running a special on Living Social so I made an appointment. They were very friendly, and professional. They contacted me the night before to remind me of appointment and to give me an arrival time.

They did not call to let me know they were on their way. I originally scheduled my appointment for 8-10 am & they changed the time 2 times & it ended up being 1-3pm which ended up taking up my entire day. No one had a business shirt on or a badge showing the company they work for. Also there was no signage on the vehicle. That could discourage some people from letting them into their home.

The workers were very professional. They called to notify they we’re on their way. Introduced themselves when they arrived. Provided information on the process. Went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and what we needed to do for any follow up. I have allergies and can tell the difference in my reactions. I feel much better. Will definitely use them again in the future.
