Initial contact was quick within 24 hours. Available communication by text as well as phone provides super communication avenues. Their knowledge of a wide array of home improvement skills offered alternatives to efforts that I was unsuccessful in knowing who and how to get tasks done. Because of their expertise I saved money I was about to spend unnecessarily.

After I contacted Vent's Pro, I received a return call within 15 minutes and within four hours, Bill came to the house and gave me an estimate for carpet and window cleaning, as well as clean-up of all heating vents in the house. He and his assistant Bob arrived right on time and did an amazing job --- more than I expected. They were courteous, very professional and friendly. They got everything done in good time and I was amazed at how clean the house looked when they were through. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again. It was a wonderful experience and I'm still marveling about how clean my house is. A great experience all around.
