Concrete Pool Installation
Probably not completely Scott's fault. I had to start the pool and because of city building department approvals and permits there were delays. The beginning was absolutely GREAT. After the delay, something happened to the service, I think I was on the back burner. Otherwise, 5bstar all the way. Scott's professionalism and aditude are impeccable, but for me I felt like I was in the way even though I paid even time on time. The tile subcontractor was atrocious, seriously,atrocious.

The principals of Ventura Pool Service are professional and very pleasant. I wish that we lived closer to them so we could hire them to service our pool year-round! We have already referred people to them and will continue to do so. They did work for us on an emergency basis in May - we only regret we didn't give them this review sooner. We will be calling upon their help int he future. BRAVO Ventura Pool Service!! Thanks again for making our family so happy this summer!!!!

We had 3 bids on our pool remodel project. We chose Ventura Pool Service for reasons beyond getting the best price from them. Their team was on time, efficient and courteous. Friendly from the start. I was comfortable with them on my property with no one home and trusted them to be sure my animals stayed safe and out of their way. Extremely knowledgeable in their trade and help me with suggestions and planning. I would recommend this company to everyone.
